Refund policy

Refunds / non-returnable items / Exceptions
If you require a refund and it's been approved then you will be contacted and paid back via the same method you paid. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used/worn. However if your item is unused/not worn and in it's original packaging and returned to me within 14 days then a refund may be issued within 28 days of recieving your order.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges/Cancellations
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact me as soon as possible either via my socials or email to make any changes to your order. I will do my best to accommodate where possible. If for whatever reason you want to cancel your order then please contact me to see if a refund is possible as I may have started/and or completed your order.
